摘　　要：目的:综述眼睑再造术的研究进展。方法:采用文献回顾和综合分析方法。结果:眼睑再造术有许多新的术式、新材料出现,材料的作用机制研究也已达到分子水平,然而临床有时仍达不到十分理想的效果。结论:眼睑再造术的改进是无止境的,发掘更好的皮瓣、材料,简化手术方法,对整形科具有现实意义。Objective: To make a review of the advancement of reconstruction of eyelid . Methods: A literature survey is made and the data analyzed. Results: New techniques and materials of eyelid reconstruction have emerged , and research level of the role of new materials has achieved to molecular level , but clinical results were not quite ideal and satisfactory. Conclusion: The improvement of reconstruction of eyelid is boundless, better flaps and materials, and more simplify techniques are expected, and have actual significance for plastic surgery.
