摘  要:目的:探讨变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜组织中神经激肽A(neurokininA ,NKA)的含量变化。方法:采用免疫组织化学ABC法结合显微图像定量分析,研究了NKA免疫反应物在变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜组织中的分布及变化情况。结果:变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜NKA免疫反应物的平均密度和平均灰度值分别为5 4 .71%和16 3.5 3,对照组的平均密度和平均灰度值分别为2 1.39%和2 12 .82 ,两组比较差异均有显著性意义(P <0 .0 1)。结论:NKA在变应性鼻炎的发病中起重要作用,可能参与了变应性鼻炎发作的神经病理生理机制。Objective:To investigate the alteration of neurokinin A (NKA)-like immunoreactivity in the nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis. Methods:We studied the regional distribution and alteration of NKA-like immunoreactivity in the nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis using immunohistochemical ABC (avidin biotin-peroxidase complex) method with the combination of image quantitative analysis. Results:The average densities and grey levels of NKA-like immunoreactivity neurons and nerve fibers in the nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis were 54.71% and 163.53 respectively, which showed that the contents of NKA were significantly increased (P<0.01) compared with control ( average densities:21.39%, average grey levels:212.82). Conclusion: The results suggest that NKA may play an important role in the pathophysiogenesis of allergic rhinitis and that they may provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of allergic rhinitis with NKA antagonist or inhibitor of its receptor.
