摘 要:目的:研究益血胶囊对辐射损伤小鼠造血功能的影响。方法:对外周血白细胞、血小板及骨髓有核细胞计数,用内源性脾结节形成法、造血祖细胞集落培养法观察益血胶囊对4Gy_(60)Co-γ射线辐照后小鼠的造血功能的影响。结果:益血胶囊对辐射后d7小鼠外周血白细胞、血小板、骨髓有核细胞、骨髓巨核细胞系祖细胞(CFU-MK)、粒单系祖细胞(CFU-GM)均有明显升高作用;使辐射后d14小鼠脾脏指数、脾结节数(CFU-S)明显增加。结论:益血胶囊对小鼠造血功能辐射损伤具有明显治疗作用。Objective: To study the effects of Yixue capsules on hematopoietic function in radiation-injured mice. Methods: Mice were injured by radiation emitted from 4Gy^(60)Co-γ rays and randomly treated with Yixue capsules (drug group) or without Yixue capsules (control group). The hematopoietic function of the injured mice was evaluated by counting peripheral leukocyte, platelets and bone marrow karyocytes. In addition, the colony-forming ability of hematopoietic progenitors and colonyforming unit-spleen (CFU-S) and spleen index were measured. Results: Yixue capsule significantly increased peripheral leukocytes, platelets, bone marrow karyocytes and the proliferation of hematopoietic progenitors in the injuried mice in the day 7 after the radiation, compared with the control group. The CFUS and spleen index were significantly elevated in the day 14 after the radiation in the drug group. Conclusion: Vix(?) capsule possessed significant effects on the hematopoietic system for mice with radiated injury.
