低氧环境应激中的行为心理学测试与分析

摘　　要：采用ＷＨＯ－ＮＣＴＢ方法对５８名青年男性从平原空运进入３６８０ｍ高原低氧环境前后进行了人体心理、行为测试。结果显示，低氧作为应激源刺激使机体产生心理和生理应激反应。表现为情感状态的有力得分减少，愤怒、困惑、疲劳得分增加，记忆、思维能力降低。从低氧生理和心理应激两方面进行了分析探讨，认为，心理和行为指标的变化对了解低氧应激源对人体心身健康的影响很有意义。Psychologic and behavioral tesrs were conducted by means of WHO-NCTB in new recruits who had just flied from a plain to a plateau 3680 metres above sea-level. The results showed that there existed hypoxia, a stress source, and the subjects had stress response to hypoxia, showing poor memory,less emotional control and thinking-muscle group concert but more anger, perplexity and fatigue. The mechanism of stress response to hypoxia was analysed physiologically and psychologically.
