摘　　要：本文通过市场博弈模型研究了非正式金融网络中服务中介,即非金融中介对中小企业融资的促进作用,表明长期经营并与贷款人有着非正式良好协作关系的服务中介能够提高中小企业获得融资的可能性。在中小企业融资市场上,律师、会计师、管理咨询师等服务中介不仅能够为中小企业提供各种专业的服务,而且经常在融资方面为企业提供帮助,有助于解决中小企业融资难的问题。The article investigates the function of non-financial service intermediaries in informal financial network for middle and small business financing. It shows that long-term service intermediaries can facilitate middle and small businesses accessing to financing through their good informal cooperation relationship with the lender. The service intermediaries, such as lawyers accountant, managerial consulter, provide not only professional service but also aid in financing, therefore contribute to resolving the jam of middle and small business finance. This analysis provides a theoretic foundation for enacting the correlative policy.
