摘 要:本研究应用负荷多普勒超声心动图,检测31例置换四种不同机械瓣术后4~16月的体内血流动力学。结果显示:(1)四种人工心瓣在运动和休息时PGpeak、PGmean、EOA差异无显著性(P>0.05)。(2)BWV和CM的流场均匀性优于GK和MH。(3)流场均匀性是评价体内机械瓣血流动力学的有重要意义的指标。(4)成都双叶翼型机械瓣具有当今流行机械心瓣的优良血流动力学品质。In this study,the hemodpoamic of four different kinds of mechanical heart valve was detected in 34 patients with rheumatic heart disease from 6 to 16 months after mitral valve replacement using exercise Doppler echoardiography.The results showed that:(1)There were no significant difference among the four kinds of mechanical valve(BWV,CM,GK,and MH prostheses)in calculated effetive valve orfice area,resting and exercise peak pressure gradients or mean pressure gradients.(P>0.05)(2)The flow field distribution(FFD)of BWV and CM prostheses is better than that of GK,and MH prosteses.(3)Flow field distribution(FFD)is a useful in the assessment of the hemodynamics of mechanical prosthetic valve.
