小儿缩窄性心包炎的外科治疗（附45例报告）

摘　　要：报告１９６２～１９９２年采用心包大部切除治疗小儿缩窄性心包炎４５例，男３０例，女１５例。年龄５～１４岁。病史１个月～７年，２年以上并有心包钙化１５例。手术有效率为９７．７％，无手术死亡。对本病的病因、手术时机、手术径路、心包切除范围与远期疗效及术前术后有关问题进行了讨论。From 1962 to 1992,45 cases of constrictive pericarditis in children underwent pericardiectomy.The overall effective rate is 97.7%and none of patients is died.The etiology,decision making of surgery,operative approach,range of dissection,late results and the pre-and postoperative problems were discussed.
