摘 要:定西内官—香泉盆地具备良好的地下水赋存条件,多年来一直为城区生活、工业及当地农业发展提供水源,但随着当地各方面用水需求的增加,盆地地下水开采量逐年上升,导致采补失衡,地下水位下降严重.旨在改善甘肃中部定西一带极度缺水现状的引洮供水工程即将开工建设,结合盆地地形、地理、地质条件,综合研究工程外调地表水与当地盆地地下水的联合调度运行管理具有重要意义.文中结合引洮工程规划,进行了联合利用的初步分析.Neiguan-Xiangquan Basin of Dingxi County in Gansu Province has a very good geological condition for the storage of ground water, that has been used as the water source for both the local industrial and agricultural developments and the municipal water supply for many years. However, more and more ground water is pumped from the basin in recent years along with the rapid increase of the various water demands therein, which has unbalanced the ground water recharge and utilization, and caused significant drawdown of the water level. For improving the serious water shortage situation in the area, the project of diverting water from Taohe River is to be started soon. Under the topographical, geographic and geological conditions therein,it is important to make a comprehensive research on the combined regulation and operation of both the local groundwater and the surface water diverted from the project. In accordance with the water diverting project plan, the preliminary results from the analysis on the combined water utilization are described herein.
