摘 要:针对引滦工程黎河下游多弯曲型河道采用的治理技术措施进行了初步的应用分析探讨,并通过对黎河下游高陡边坡防护中采用的模袋混凝土技术及软体排技术进行的深入开发应用,探索了黎河下游河道的治理方案.工程经过三年的引滦输水和汛期洪水的考验,实践证明:其技术应用合理,工程实施方便可行,发挥了新技术、新材料的优势,可推广应用到相关河道的治理工程上.Preliminary analysis and studies on the application of the river improvement techniques to the downstream serpentine channel of Lihe River section in Luanhe-Tianjin Water Diversion Project are made, and then the improvement plan for the downstream channel is explored through the development and application of both the technique of the concrete mats and the technique of geosynthetics mattress placed for the protection of the high and steep side slopes of the downstream channel of Lihe River. After the completion, the project has operated for water diversion through the flood periods for three years, which demonstrates that the techniques concerned can be popularized to the relevant river improvement project, as the applications and the construction are reasonable and convenient with the advantages of both the new technique and the new material being brought into full play.
