摘 要:目的调查340株肠球菌的耐药性及其基因分型,了解医院感染的流行菌株。方法从痰、尿、血液中分离出不重复粪肠球菌340株,根据NCCLS推荐的琼脂稀释法进行药敏试验,并进行统计分析;采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术构建指纹图谱进行基因分型。结果粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌对青霉素、氨苄青霉素、万古霉素、高浓度庆大霉素的耐药率分别为18%、90%;14%、87.5%;1.3%、2.5%;51%、57.5%。300株粪肠球菌和40株屎肠球菌分别分为64个基因型和9个基因型,具有相同指纹图谱的菌株有5个组11株菌。结论肠球菌对多种抗菌药物具有较强耐药性;RAPD技术可用于肠球菌医院感染的分型研究,监测有无流行株在医院内暴发流行。Objective To investigate the resistance and genotypes of enterococci in order to provide guidance for clinical treatment and prevention. Methods Antibiotic sensitivity tests were performed by NCCLS recommended agar dilution method. WHONET?蛳5 software was used to analyse the resistance of enterococci. The RAPD technology was used for constructing the fingerprint mapping. The relationship was confirmed by the hierachical cluster analysis. Results The resistance rates of E. faecalis and E. faecium to penicillin, ampicillin, vancomycin, high?蛳concentration gentamycin were 18%, 90%; 14%, 87.5%; 1.3%, 2.5%; 51%, 57.5%, respectively. 300 Enterococcus faecalis strains were divided into 64 types,and 40 enterococci faecium were divided into 9 types. Five groups isolates(11 strains) had the same fingerprint map. Conclusions The resistance rates of enterococci to antimicrobial agents are high. RAPD technology can be used for studying the genotypes of enterococci in nosocomial infection.
