尿道板纵切卷管法与加盖岛状皮瓣法在尿道下裂治疗中的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的总结尿道板纵切卷管法(snodgrass)与加盖岛状皮瓣法(onlayislandtlap)尿道成型术治疗尿道下裂的,并对其疗效进行比较。方法应用尿道板纵切卷管法与加盖岛状皮瓣法尿道成型术治疗70例尿道下裂患者,其中应用尿道板纵切卷管法尿道成型术治疗40例,应用加盖岛状皮瓣法尿道成型术治疗30例。结果尿道板纵切卷管法尿道成型术一次手术成功36例,成功率为90%;术后发生尿道瘘3例,尿道狭窄1例。加盖岛状皮瓣法尿道成型术手术一次成功27例,术后发生尿道瘘3例,成功率为90%。结论尿道板纵切卷管法与加盖岛状皮瓣法尿道成型术可用于阴茎头冠状沟、阴茎体、阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂的治疗,尿道板纵切卷管法尿道成型术操作更简单,易于推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Snodgrass urethroplasty and Onlay urethroplasty in hypospadias repair. To compare the efficacy of these two techniques. Methods 70 patients underwent surgical treatment for hypospadias. Snodgrass urethroplasty was performed in 40 cases, and Onlay urethroplasty was used in 30 patients. Results Success rate of operation is 90% in these two procedures. Conclusions These two procedure can be used in distal and proximal hypospadias, Snodgrass procedure is more simplified than onlay urethroplasty. We recommend the snodgrass urethroplasty for the treatment of hypospadias.
