摘　　要：目的探寻新型可显影终末型永久性血管栓塞剂。方法采用自行研制的聚N取代丙烯酰胺凝胶作为栓塞剂对10只犬行肾动脉栓塞术,观察使用状况和栓塞效果。结果10只犬肾动脉栓塞术均获成功。病理检查:栓塞2d肾脏呈急性栓塞性梗死,7～10d肾脏呈弥漫性梗死,1～3个月肾脏显著萎缩,广泛纤维化及瘢痕形成。新型栓塞剂流动性好,易于推动,并可在X线下清晰显影。结论聚N取代丙烯酰胺凝胶是一种可显影、易于观察栓塞效果及返流情况、栓塞效果确切的终末型永久性栓塞剂。Objective To evaluate a new type of visualizable final permanent embolus materials for arteries. Methods Poly N-acylamide gel developed by our institute was used as embolus materials for renal artery embolization in 10 dogs.The usage and effects of the embolization were observed. Results All of the dogs underwent renal artery embolization successfully.Pathology examination showed that the kidneys which had been embolized revealed acute embolized infarction after 2 days;infiltrative infarction after 7-10 days;remarkable atrophy,broad fibrosis and scar formation after 1-3 months.The new embolus materials with good fluidity could be pushed easily and visualized clearly under X-ray. Conclusions With the property of visualizibility,the effect of embolization and reflux of poly N-acylamide gel can be observed easily;the results suggest that it is a kind of final permanent embolus material with reliable effects.
