摘　　要：介绍了近几年来三氧化硫(SO3)磺化技术中的热点问题:大型磺化反应器及其磺化装置的国产化、原有磺化装置的技术改造、AOS部分取代LAS(烷基苯磺酸盐)及AOS生产技术、MES的产品开发、磺化产品的活性物干燥,以及其他磺化产品的开发等。指出,国内现有的技术水平,不管是磺化装置的建设,还是磺化和硫酸化新产品的开发都已与国际水平相近,有些还有创新。建议尽可能利用国内技术,实现磺化装置国产化和磺化新产品的开发。The hot topic of sulfur trioxide sulfonation technology including the large scale reactor of the sulfonation,the technical reform for the sulfonation equipment,AOS production technology,development of MES,the active matter drying of the sulfonated product,as well as the develˉopment of other sulfonated product are introduced.According to the nowadays technology level,not only the building of the sulfonation equipˉment,but also the development of the newproduct of sulfonated and sulfated products,it has reached the level of the international standard,even has more innovation.So,it is suggested that make use of the advantages of domestic technology,realize the development of the new sulfonation products and the sulfonation equipmentdomestically.
