摘  要:基于VC++与Matlab混合编程的球面孔位置测量,先采集基准孔图像,经图像处理确定原点坐标。VC++控制被测件运动,使被测孔转至测量位,并驱动CCD采集圆孔图像。通过Matlab引擎实现VC++和Matlab间的数据传送。经Matlab图像处理确定被测孔圆心坐标,通过几何计算得到被测孔与基准孔的实际位置,以混合编程的方式完成被测孔与基准孔间的空间位置测量。For location measurement of holes on spheroid part based on VC++ and Matlab, at first, the image of datum hole was gathered, and the origin coordinate of hole was confirmed after processed the image. The movement of measured part was controlled with VC++ to make measured hole rotate to measured position, and driven CCD gathered the image of the hole. The transferring data between VC++ and Matlab was realized with Matlab engine. Measured image was processed by Matlab and the origin coordinate of hole was confirmed. The actual location between datum hole and the measured hole were obtained through geometry calculation, and the space location measurement between datum hole and the measured hole was completed by the method of combined programming.
