摘　　要：本文首先概述了数字参考咨询服务的概念及发展状况,又介绍了国外数字化参考咨询服务发展的历程及其新发展,最后对我国数字参考咨询服务发展提出了几点建议。This text has summed up the concept that the digital refererce services and state of development at first, then it recommended the development and new development of foreign digital reference services, finally put forward some suggestions to the figue of digital reference services of our country.
