摘　　要：探讨了自组织原理及产生条件,分析了社会主义市场经济体制及股份制的确立有利于建筑企业进行自组织。将建筑企业自组织的行为分为"自创生"和"自会聚"两类,并分别阐述了各自的形式。指出:在政府的引导下,应充分发挥建筑企业的自组织行为,尽快实现建筑企业组织结构的优化。The principle of self-organization and its emerging condition were discussed,and the establishment of communist market economy and stock system which is good for self-organizing construction enterprise was analyzed.Two types of self-organizing behaviours in construction enterprise,which was divided into two types of 'self creation' and 'self accumulation' was expounded.Quickly realizing the industrial organization optimization by making full use of enterprise self-organization behaviours under the guidance of the government was proposed.
