细辛与硝苯地平对小鼠的协同镇痛作用(英文)

摘　　要：目的观察细辛水煎剂与硝苯地平伍用的镇痛作用。方法采用醋酸致小鼠扭体法。结果在研究不同剂量细辛对小鼠镇痛作用的实验中确定26.6mg/kg为阈下镇痛值。细辛26.6mg/kg和硝苯地平2.5mg/kg单用均无镇痛作用,而联用后有明显镇痛作用,扭体次数较蒸馏水组降低50%(P<0.01),与单用细辛组相比减少54%(P<0.01)。结论硝苯地平可增强细辛水煎剂的镇痛作用,二者合用不失为一种有效的中西药结合组方的镇痛药。Objective To observe the analgesic action of combination of asarum decoction and nifedipine.Methods The method of stretching induced by acetic acid was adopted.Results 26.6 mg/kg was demonstrated to be the subthreshold dose of asarum by the experiment of analgesic action of asarum with different dosages in mice. Neither sole asarum (26.6 mg/kg) nor sole nifedipine (2.5 mg/kg) had analgesic action, but the combination of asarum and nifedipine had significant analgesic action compared with the model control (P<0.01) and the sole asarum group (P<0.01). The stretching frequency of the mice was reduced by 50% and 54% respectively.Conclusion Nifedipine can enhance the analgesic action of asarum decoction. Combined asarum and nifedipine can be applied as an efficient analgesic drug.
