封闭式负压引流治疗下肢大面积软组织缺损的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨封闭式负压引流技术(VSD)治疗大面积下肢皮肤软组织缺损的疗效。方法应用封闭式负压引流(维持负压在50kPa～60kPa之间)5～7d治疗皮肤撕脱伤和骨筋膜室综合征切开减压术后下肢巨大软组织缺损创面41例。结果VSD5～7d,伤口均无感染,创面缩小,肉芽新鲜,给予二期缝合或植皮治疗后创口愈合。结论封闭式负压引流治疗下肢大面积皮肤软组织缺损效果好。Objective To evaluate the results of the vacuum assisted wound closure applied in patients presenting with open skin and soft tissue defect in the lower extremity.Method Randomized retrospective clinical study was done on forty one cases with open lower extremity soft tissue defects using VSD device.Results After 5～7days of the application of VSD device, the wounds generally were clean, and had no signs of infection or bacterial colonization. All wound dimensions were decreased , the granulation in the surface of wound were all fresh, second stage closure or skin grafting was done successfully to close the wound. Conclusion VSD appeared to be the effective treatment of open soft tissue injuries, it's viable , safe and may accelerate the healing of large wound.
