摘　　要：研制的鸡败血支原体（ＭＧ）油乳苗对雏鸡和成鸡均安全，免疫效果好．现地试用超过２０００万羽份表明，该苗能防制本病及减少诱发其它疫病，增加蛋鸡产蛋量，特别是种鸡经二次免疫能切断ＭＧ经卵传递．对培育无支原体的鸡群，效果明显．A formalin inactivated mycoplasma gallisepticum oil-emulsion vaccine was developed. It can be used in young chick and adult chicken.More than 20 million doses of the vaccine were applied in over 21 provinces in China.It is safe when administered by the subculteneous or intramuscular route.It can induce protection against Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection,decrease other disease and increase egg production. There was significant decrease in egg transmission of MG when chickens were revaccinated with it prior to the start of laying egg.
