猪瘟兔化弱毒犊牛睾丸细胞苗免疫程序的研究

摘　　要：应用猪瘟（ＨＣ）犊睾细胞苗７５０个兔感染量／头接种空怀期母猪，以ＰＰＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ监测其亲代仔猪母源抗体效价。结果，１０日龄时，ＯＤ值＞０．３的占６３％，ＯＤ值由≥０．３～＞０．２的占３７％；２０日龄时，ＯＤ值＞０．３的占２８％，ＯＤ值由≥０．３～＞０．２的占５５％；３０日龄时，ＯＤ值＞０．３的仅占７％，ＯＤ值由≥０．３～＞０．２的占４１％；４０日龄时，ＯＤ值＞０．３的为零，ＯＤ值由≥０．３～＞０．２的为１７％。说明母源抗体消失很快。仔猪于３０日龄接种ＨＣ犊睾细胞苗１５００个兔感染量／头，以ＰＰＡ－ＡＬＩＳＡ监测血清抗体效价。免疫后９个月，ＯＤ值达０．４５者为１００％；免疫后１０个月，ＯＤ值＞０．３４者为７６％，ＯＤ值≥０．３～＞０．２者为２４％。证明３０日龄仔猪接种１５００个兔感染量／头，可使猪至出栏（１０个月）仍保持保护性抗体。对现地５７万余头３０～３５日龄仔猪于阉害割同时接种疫苗１５００个兔感染量／头．被接种仔猪于全年内无ＨＣ和非典型ＨＣ发生。免疫接种后８个月（出栏时），随机检测８０头份血清，其ＰＰＡ－ＥＬＩＳＡ抗体效价，ＯＤ值＞０．３者为９８．７５％，ＯＤ值≥０．３～＞０．２者为１．２５％，与实验室?Abstract By inoculating nonpregnant sows w ith 750 Iapin infective doses of Swine Fever Vaccine Prepared in Calf Testis Cells per head and monitoring the baby pigs of parental generation to get the titer of the Inaternal alltibody with PPA --ELISA method. We have sot the followins results: For 63% of the 10-day old piss.the OD value is >0. 3. For 37% of them,the OD value is from≥0. 3 to > 0. 2. As for the 20--day--old pigs, 28% of them, the OD value of is > 0. 3 and those whose O.D a'aluc is from≥0. 3 to >0. 2 come to 55%. For 30--day--old pigs .there are only 7% of thenl whd.sp OD value is >0' 3 and those whose OD value is ic' 3 to >0. 2 make up 41 % of the tolal. For 10 day old pigs. the OD value of none comes to > 0' 3 and thosa whose OD value is fronl ic':l to > 0. 2 Inake up 1 7 % of the total. The results showed that the maternal antibody d isal'pcared a'ery fas t.N me months after thd baby pigs ha\'e been inoculated with 1 500 lapin infective doses of Swine Fever Vaccine Prepared in Calf Testicle Cells per head and watched their serum antibody titer by PPA--ELISA method,the OD value for 100% of them comes to 0. 45,ten months after inoculation. 76 % has an OD value which is >0. 34 and those whose OD value is from >0. 3 to >0. 2 come to 24 % of the total. It proved that by inoculatins 30--day-old pigs with 1500 lapin infective doses per head, we can keep the pigs,protective antibody until they are big enough to be killed (l 0 1llonths).We have inoculated over 570, 000 30 to 35--day--old pigs with 1500 lapin infective doses per haed at the same time when they were castrated' The inocultated piss did not have HC or nontypical HC in the whole year. Eight months after inoculation, we did a random spmpling test ofthe serum from 80 pigs. the PPA-ELISA titer is as the following:the OD value for 98.-75 of the total Came to >0. 3 and the OD Value for 1. 25 is from ic. 3 to >0. 2. The result is the same with that done in a laboratory.
