禽霍乱组织灭活油佐剂苗的研制

摘　　要：选用分离自急性禽霍乱病鸭的多杀巴氏杆菌,通过鸡(鸭)胚培养,制备组织灭活油佐剂苗。免疫接种后7～9天可产生免疫力,用同型或异型强毒禽多杀巴氏杆菌攻击,其保护率均在80％以上,保护期不少于4个月,疫苗保存期为半年。In order to prevent and control fowl cholera effectively caused by various serotypes Pas-teurella multocida ,a virulent Pasteurella multocida strain of poultry origin was selected to prepare inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine throrgh avian embryo propagation. The field tests showed that poultry got immunity 7-9days after inoculation,and the protective rate was above 80%,as challenged by homologous or heterollogous virulent Pasteurella multocida of poultry origin. Duration of immunity showed to be not less than 4 months and the expiry date of the prepared bacterin preserved at room temperature was more than half a year.
