摘　　要：本实验采用自然感染鼠痘材料,以细胞培养、动物接种分离出一株病毒91-KMPV。通过人工发病、临床病理观察、病毒的电镜观察、多种细胞培养、细胞传代和多次复归本动物、毒力毒价、稳定性试验以及血清学和病毒理化特性试验等证明所分离病毒是痘病毒科正痘病毒属小鼠传染性脱脚病病毒。应用分离到病毒制备抗原及标准血清,建立了HA和HI等检测方法。为该病的监测净化提供一项简便准确的检测方法。91-KMPV was isolated from naturally infected Mousepox material by cell culture and animal inoculation. It was shown that the isolated virus was a member of orthopox virus, poxvirus, called infectious ectromelic virus on the basis of experimental infection, clinical and pathological observation, electronic microscope examination, various cell culture tests, cell passage, animal regression, virulence examination, serology and physicochemical characterization experiments. Using the antigen and standard serum prepared by the isolated virus, HA and HI tests were established. This study supplied a simple and,accurate examination method for Ectromelia.
