基于熵值法的徐州市农业可持续发展评价研究

摘　　要：以可持续发展理论为指导,构建农业可持续发展综合评价指标体系,采用熵值法综合评价了徐州市农业可持续发展状况.结果表明:徐州市农业可持续发展整体水平持续提高,但增幅有减缓趋势;经济子系统呈可持续发展趋势,社会、生态子系统呈非可持续发展态势;经济、社会、生态3个子系统处于非协调发展中.指出从系统整体优化的视角,构建生态、经济、社会3个子系统同步、同向演进、协调发展的农业政策和措施体系,是推进徐州农业可持续发展的保证.Adopting the entropy method, the paper makes a comprehensive assessment on the sustainable agricultural development in Xuzhou. It turns out that the subsystems of agricultural economy and society present a sustainable trend, while the subsystem of agricultural ecology presents unsustainable development; though these subsystems do not develop harmoniously, the level of the sustainable agricultural development still presents a sustainable trend.It is pointed out that good ecology environment is the premise of sustainable agricultural development in Xuzhou,moreover, the sustainable agricultural development is mainly reflected in the harmonious development of the three subsystems.
