摘　　要：链条生产过程中排出的滚磨废水含有大量的泥砂、油污和皂角粉,为此先对其进行高压冲洗、螺旋沉砂处理,再与生活污水混合进行EDUR气浮、H/O生化、斜管沉淀和砂滤处理。运行表明,出水水质达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准,且出水的80%回用于转鼓的冲洗,取得了很好的效果。The rolling and grinding wastewater from chain production contains large amount of silt, oil, and soap powder. Therefore, the high pressure scouring and helical sedimentation were conducted firstly for the wastewater, and then the wastewater was mixed with domestic sewage to be treated by EDUR air-flotation, H/O bio-chemical process, inclined-tube sedimentation and sand filtration. The operation result shows that the effluent reaches I-class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996), and 80% of the effluent can be reused for scouring the rotary drum and good effect is obtained.
