摘  要:埕北油田油井产能中等,原油密度为0.93~0.95g/cm3,地层条件下油的黏度为50~70mPa·s。该油田采用过的人工举升采油方式有射流泵、电潜泵和螺杆泵采油3种,其中以用生产污水为动力液的射流泵采油效果最好。射流泵运行周期长、检泵作业量少、生产效率高、耗电量小,动力液用量少,可使采油成本降低。文中对射流泵在埕北油田成功应用的经验进行了总结,并提出了完善埕北油田射流泵采油工艺的建议。The oil wells in Chengbei oilfield have medium productivity and produces crude oil with density of 0.93~0.95 g/cm3 and formation viscosity of 50~70 mPa·s. Three kinds of pumps, hydraulic jet pump, electrical submersible pump (ESP) and screw pump, have been used for artificial production in the oilfield and the hydraulic jet pump driven by processed production waste water has showed the best performance. The hydraulic jet pump can reduce the producing cost due to its long run-life, few inspection operation, high production efficiency, less power consumption and less usage of power liquid. The paper summarizes the experience in successful application of hydraulic jet pump in Chengbei oilfield and put forward the suggestions for improving the producing techniques.
