舒利通颗粒的镇痛抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究舒利通颗粒的镇痛抗炎作用。方法:采用醋酸建立小鼠疼痛扭体模型;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成模型;分别观察舒利通颗粒的镇痛及抗炎作用。结果:舒利通颗粒可显著降低小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.01);减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05);减少大鼠肉芽肿形成(P<0.01)。结论:舒利通颗粒对疼痛和炎症具有明显的镇痛和抗炎作用。OBJECTIVE:To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of Shulitong granule.METHODS:The mice pain model was established by acetic acid;Dimethylbezene was used to make the external ears of the mice swollen and form cotton ball-shaped granuloma in rats so as to form models;The analgestic effect and anti-inflammatory effect of the Shulitong granule were observed respectively.RESULTS:Shulitong granule could reduce the writhing response times signifiˉcantly(P<0.01),alleviate the external ear swelling of the mice(P<0.05)and inhibit the formation of granuloma in rats(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Shulitong granule has significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory therapeutic effects on pain and inf_ lammation.
