摘　　要：目的:评价不同单硝酸异山梨酯缓释制剂治疗冠心病的成本-效果。方法:采用3种单硝酸异山梨酯缓释制剂,进行随机开放、三因素交叉、自身对照临床试验,观察疗效,并进行成本-效果分析。结果:长效异乐定缓释胶囊(A药)和B药、C药总有效率分别为87.9%、69.7%、57.6%;平均每日药费分别为10.25、15.14、14.04;成本-效果比分别为69.97、130.33、146.25元。结论:长效异乐定缓释胶囊治疗冠心病的成本-效果优于对照药品。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of different slow-release isosorbide mononitrate preparations in the treatment of coronary heart disease.METHODS:The random open study,three factors crossover trial and own control clinical test were conducted on3different Isosorbide mononitrate preparations.Then the curative effects of each were observed and the cost-effectiveness analyses were conducted.RESULTS:For the three kinds(A,B and C)of slow-release isosorbide mononitrate capsule,their total effective rates were87.9%,69.7%and57.6%respectively;the average daily medical expenses of which were10.25,15.14and14.04respectively;their cost-effectiveness ratio were69.97,130.33and146.25yuan respectively.CONCLUSION:The cost-effectiveness of the slow-release isosorbide mononitrate preparations is superior to the control medicines in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
