摘　　要：文章首先对区域科技创新理论进行了探讨,明确了区域创新体系建设所具有的现实意义,重点分析宁波市科技创新体系的现状,并提出了强化宁波市科技创新体系建设的若干对策。The paper begin with discusses the theory of the regional scientific and technological innovation, and make clear the actual meanings of the construction of regional S&T system, then analyzes the status quo of the innovative S&T system of Ningbo, and puts forward some countermeasures and advice to strengthen the construction of the S&T innovation system of Ningbo.
