摘　　要：根据GenBank中所收录的鸡白细胞介素-15(ChIL-15)的cDNA序列设计特异性引物,以经ConA刺激3 h的科宝鸡脾脏淋巴细胞的总RNA为模板,用RT-PCR方法克隆获得了ChIL-15的cDNA.ChIL-15的cDNA全长655 bp,其中第84位～644位是该基因的阅读框(ORF),共编码187个氨基酸.将所克隆的序列与已报道序列相比较,二者核苷酸的同源性为100%(655/655),所编码蛋白质的氨基酸序列同源性也为100%.Interleukin-15(IL-15) is a recently identified growth and differentiation factor with an important potential role in the initial immune response. To enable the study of the role of this cytokine in the protective immune-mechanisms generated against coccidiosis and other infectious diseases of chicken, cDNA was cloned using a pair of specific primers designed after the chicken IL-15(ChIL-15) sequence in GenBank from the actived spleenic lymphocytes isolated from the chicken treated with ConA. The full sequence of this ChIL-15 cDNA is 655 bp. Its ORF is 561 bp in length ranged from its 84th base to 644th base and encoding a protein with 187 amino acids. The sequence of this ChIL-15 cDNA is fully identical with the reported ChIL-15 as aligned by DNAsistV1.02.
