真菌安胶囊抗白色念珠菌感染的实验研究

摘　　要：探索真菌安胶囊对白色念珠菌深部感染小鼠的治疗作用,采用血液内活菌数和小鼠的生存率作指标。结果显示真菌安胶囊对深部真菌感染的小鼠有治疗作用,与西药治疗组相比,在疗效上无显著差异,为真菌安胶囊临床用于治疗白色念珠感染的有效性提供了实验依据。Reserarch the precaution and curative affect for the little white rats infected with beads fungus in deep-seated with fungus an capsules,adopt the blood alive fungus counts and the little white rats'survival percentage for the index.The result shows us the precaution and curative affect for the little white rats infected by beads fungus in deep-seated by fungus an capsules is distinct in curative effect.Western medicine's curative effect is not obvious, the curative effect is not had distinctness difference,this offered experimental proots for clinical use of fungus an capsule used to cure the rats in fected with beads fungus in deep-seated.
