李宜瑞教授治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染非急性感染期的临床体会

摘　　要：总结介绍了李宜瑞教授对于小儿反复呼吸道感染非急性期的临床体会。指出肺脾气虚,挟湿挟滞是本病的主要证候特点,提出健脾补肺固表,兼以化湿消滞为主要治则以及化、清、健、消、养五大法则,在此基础上总结出复感宁方为治疗本病的基本方剂。In this article,we summarized Pro. LI Yi-rui's clinical experience in curing RRTI non-acute infection period and point out that the main characteristic type of syndrome of RRTI is the deficiency of lung and spleen healthy energy,which holds wetness evil and food stagnation. Basing on this theory,we raised the main principles of treatment of RRTI is invigorating the spleen to benefit the lung, eliminating the wetness-evil and relieving dyspepsia;besides Fuganning is the basic recipe in curing RRTI non-acute infection period.
