摘　　要：对第二代人因可靠性分析方法中的代表方法之一———认知可靠性和失误分析方法(CREAM)进行了综述,归纳了CREAM方法的基本概念和核心思想,总结了CREAM的根原因追溯分析和失效概率预测分析的基本思想,给出了双向分析的实现过程和具体步骤,有利于CREAM方法在工业系统的事故分析和风险评价中的实际应用。This paper describes one of the most representative second-generation human reliability analysis methods Cognitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method (CREAM). The basic concept and the kernel idea of CREAM are summarized. The basic thought and the practical analysis process of the root cause retrospection and the failure probability prediction of CREAM are also given. It will be helpful to the application of CREAM in the accident analysis and the risk assessment of industrial systems.
