摘 要:为探讨内皮细胞损伤和细胞因子在冠心病的发病学意义,我们以双抗体夹心法检测血浆肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)含量,以循环内皮细胞(CEC)数量作为在体判断血管内皮细胞损伤的指标,CEC经免疫荧光VIII-R:Ag鉴定。结果显示,36例冠心病患者外周血中CEC数、TNF含量高于30例正常人,尤以不稳定性心绞痛和急性心肌梗塞组增高显著(P<0。001)。提示TNF可能参与冠心病的病理过程。In order to explore the significance of cellular factor and endothelial injury in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease(CHD), plasma level of tumor necrosis factor(TNF) was measured by double-antibody sandwich method. The number of circulating endothelial cells (CEC) was counted as an indicator of the injury of vascular endothelial cells(VEC) in vivo, which were identified by fluorescein-labeled anti-human antibody to factor Ⅷl related antigen. The results showed that the number of CEC, plasma TNF in 36 patients with CHD were significantly higher than those in 30 normal volunteers (p<0. 01 or 0.001),especially in patients with unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction.It is suggested that the elevation of circulating TNF might participate in the pathophysiology of CHD.
