人工肾透析在抢救重危心内直视术后患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：重症心脏病在心内直视手术前后出现急性心、肾功能衰竭，高钾血症，氮质血症、脑水肿乃至脑和是围手术期患者死亡的主要原因。如何应用人工肾透析创造手术条件和保护心、脑、肺以及肾脏功能是提高重症心脏手术抢救成功率的关键。本文结合重症佛氏窦瘤破裂、主动脉瓣关闭不全及术后心脏骤停抢救复苏后严重低心输出量综合征等３例，阐述人工肾透析在心内直视手术围术期的临床应用体会。Acute heart and renal failure,hyperkalemia,uremia,and cerebral edema even hernia pre or post-intracardiac operation in patients with severe heart diseases are the main leading causes of death postoperatively. In this article,we showed experience of using hemodialysis in the perioperative periOd in 3 patients undergone intracardiac surgical treatment for rupture of sinus of valsalva aneurysm,aortic insufficiency and severe low cardiac output syndrome resulted from cardiopulmonary resuscitation for cardiac arrest postoperatively.The results revealed increased successful rate of intracardiac operation of those patients by pereoperative hemodialysis.
