摘 要:对有高血压遗传家族史患者50例(A组),无遗传史高血压患者21例(B组)以及正常健康人100例(C组)进行免疫遗传学的部分检查:①人类白细胞抗原(HLA)的检查结果显示,A组B75-DQ7抗原频率明显升高,B75-DQ7呈连锁不平衡;B组B8抗原频率增加,A24-DQ2连锁。家系单倍型分析发现,A组的同胞中父母单倍型呈非随机分布。②遗传度分析结果显示,A组的平均遗传度为59.88±8.10%,表明遗传因素在高血压易患变异上起重要作用。③遗传方式的研究发现,原发性高血压属多基因遗传。④淋巴细胞亚群分析结果显示,CD4/CD8比值升高,淋巴B细胞百分率增高,同时伴有免疫循环复合物增加。因此,本研究认为,原发性高血压的形成与发展与免疫遗传的变化有关。An immunological genetic study had been performed on 50 cases of inheritable essential hypertension(group A),21 cases of noninheritable essential hypertension(group B),and 100 cases of normal subjects(group C).The results showed that:① antigen frequency of B75,DQ7 significantly increased and B75-DQ7 presented linkage imbalance in group A;antigen frequency of B8 increased and A24-DQ2 linked up in group B;nonrandomized distribution was found in haploidy of parents in group A analyzed by family spectrum;② the weighed mean of heritability and standard error of group A being 59.88±8.10%.It indicates that genetic factor might play an important role in hypertensive variance;③ multigenetic inheritable mode was found in essential hypertension by this study;④the ratio of CD4/CD8 and the percentage of B lymphocyte increased and accompanied with increased immunological complex.Therefore,this study suggests that the formation and development of essential hypertension are related to immunological genetic factors.
