摘　　要：提出了参考咨询工作的四个构成要素,并就它们与参考咨询工作的关系进行了分析和列举,探讨了参考馆员的工作职责及几项有待参考馆员去开拓的工作。This paper put forward four essential factors in reference service work, analyzed their relations with reference service the work, and explored the main work of the reference librarians and the work that will be performed in the future.
