摘　　要：分析了情感激励在图书馆管理中运用的必要性。提出了在图书馆管理中,图书馆管理者应从关心人、理解人、尊重人、信任人几方面对馆员进行情感激励。The author analyzes the necessity of inspiration theory in library management, and points out that the managers should encourage librarians to show concern for people, understand people, show respect for people, and trust people in terms of emotional inspiration.
