摘  要:单张纸印刷机真空输纸技术是一种新型的输纸方式,侧规拉纸力与气腔气量关系的确定一直是有待解决的难题。根据真空输纸原理,建立了真空输纸技术的数学模型。用开发的真空输纸实验装置研究了在间歇及连续输纸情况下真空输纸的动态特性。实验表明:拉纸力随着流量的增加而增加。在气腔流量恒定前提下,连续输纸的拉纸力比间歇输纸要小;印刷速度越高,则拉纸力就越小。当气腔流量大于临界值0.4m3/h时,可实现稳定输纸。Suction-tape feed technology is a new way of paper-conveying. It has been an unsolved problem that the variation of the flow amount of air chamber under the suction-tape feed table influences the side lay′s drawing force. According to the vacuum feed theory, the mathematical model for the suction-tape feed table is established. The static and dynamic characteristic of paper-conveying is studied under the intermittent and continuous feed way on a vacuum paper-feeding experimental device being developed. It is shown that the more the flow amount of the air chamber is supplied, the higher the side lay′s drawing force; under the same amount of air flow, the side lay′s continuous drawing force is lower than the intermittent force; the higher the press′ speed, the lower the side lay′s drawing force. Only when the amount of the air is higher than the critical value 0.4 m 3/h, can the paper be transferred stably.
