摘  要:偏心圆齿轮在非匀速运动的传动系统中有广泛的应用,但是,没有人使用过变形偏心圆齿轮。通过使偏心圆齿轮节曲线的极坐标方程的极角按整倍数缩小的方法获得了变形偏心圆齿轮节曲线的极坐标方程。变形偏心圆齿轮节曲线的形状随着偏心率的增大而变扁,随着偏心率的减小而趋向于圆。把两个完全相同的变形偏心圆齿轮分别以不同的安装角固连在同一轴上,使其分别与同轴安装的两个完全相同的非圆齿轮啮合传动。则这两对变形偏心圆非圆齿轮的传动比曲线为两条周期相同的曲线,其相位差为两个变形偏心圆齿轮安装角的差。这两条传动比曲线共有交点数为2×非圆齿轮叶数,相邻交点的距离都相等。根据变形偏心圆非圆齿轮传动的这种特性,把它用于叶片差速泵的驱动系统,使泵的两个叶轮周期性的不等速转动,使其相邻叶片周期性张开、闭合来实现密闭容积变化进而完成排液及吸液过程。Eccentric circular gears are extensively applied to non-uniform speed transmission. But no one has used modified eccentric circular gears. The modified eccentric circular centrode has been obtained by reducing the polar angle of polar equation of eccentric circular centrode by integral multiple. The shape of the modified eccentric circular centrode becomes more oblate as the eccentricity of the modified eccentric circular centrode increases. whereas the shape tend to become circle as the eccentricity decrease. Two modified eccentric circular gears in the same shape are fixed to the same shaft in the different established angles and they respectively go into mesh with two noncircular gears in the same shape. The transmission ratios of the two pairs of modified eccentric circular-noncircular gears are two curves in the same period. The phase difference of the two curves is the difference of the established angles. The number of points of intersection of the two curves is twice the number of branches of the noncircular gear, and the distances between the points adjacent to each other are equal. The two pairs of modified eccentric circular-noncircular gears are applied to the driving system of the differential velocity vanes pump by their transmission characteristic.
