摘　　要：从体育法的本源、体育实践的主观规则化和体育法的本体、本质、价值等方面对我国体育法进行初步的哲学探讨,提升它对于社会发展的更深远的意义。The research in sports law contains the study of basic theory,and it should expand its scope. This paper delves into our sports law from philosophical angle including its origin,regularization,noumenon,essence,and value,so as to pursue the understanding of its profound significance to social development.
