摘 要:采用溶胶 凝胶法制备了TiO2 粉末和以釉面瓷砖为载体的TiO2 薄膜,讨论了不同Cr3+ 掺杂浓度对TiO2 光催化活性的影响,并采用UV VIS对其光学性能进行了检测.结果表明,Cr3+ 掺杂和釉面瓷砖的交互作用能够显著提高TiO2 薄膜的光催化活性,最佳掺杂浓度为6 0 4×10 1 7个·cm- 3,且随着TiO2 光催化活性的提高,薄膜的吸收带边发生了明显的红移。TiO_2 powder and TiO_2 thin films on the surface of ceramic glaze were prepared by sol-gel method. The influences of doping different Cr^(3+) concentrations on the photocatalytic activity of TiO_2 were discussed, and UV-VIS was used to test the optical performance of TiO_2 films. The results showed that the interaction between Cr^(3+) and ceramic glaze increased the photocatalytic activity of the TiO_2 films greatly, and the optimum doping concentration of Cr^(3+) was (6.04×10^(17) cm^(-3)). In addition, with the enhancement of photocatalytic activity of the TiO_2 film, the red shift of its absorption band edge occurred obviously and more visible light could be used.
