摘 要:为提高铣刀的使用寿命,对波形刃铣刀片的应力场进行了有限元分析。通过铣削力实验,对不同切削参数下的波形刃铣刀片的铣削力进行动态采集,利用UG中的建模模块进行了波形刃铣刀片实体建模,根据切削力实验结果给出了边界条件,在波形刃铣刀片有限元模型上进行载荷加载,利用UG有限元分析模块,获得了波形刃铣刀片切削过程中切入、切出的瞬时应力场云图,显示了切削中铣刀片应力场的变化规律。结果显示:波形刃铣刀片的应力主要分布在主切削刃上,产生磨损,与实际情况完全吻合,为铣刀片优化设计提供了依据。The paper presents the finite element analysis of the stress-field of wave milling insert. The practices consist of the collection of the milling force of wave milling insert under different cutting parameter by Dynamic Data Collection System and according to the experiment of milling force, the construction of the model of wave milling insert by the modeling module in UG, the realization of the border condition based on the experiment result of milling force, the exertion of load on the model of finite element of wave milling insert, and the completion of wave milling insert's instantaneous stress-field nephogram of cut-in and cut-out in cutting process by the structures module in UG, showing the change rule governing the stress-field of wave milling insert in cutting. The result shows that the stress of the wave milling insert is distributed primarily on the main cutting-edge, resulting in the abrasion on the main cutting-edge, in conformity with actual abrasion and dilapidation. The practices offer a basis for the optimum design of wave milling insert.
