摘 要:为了能深入了解应变片的种类对应变式位移传感器特性尤其是在重复性、迟滞等静态方面的影响,选取电阻和半导体两种类型的应变片,并以4种不同结构形式的悬臂梁作为转换元件,进行实验研究。数据分析显示:在实验室环境下,选用半导体应变片可有效地减小重复性误差和迟滞误差,如配合一定结构形式的悬臂梁将获得更加理想的结果。The strain gauge is the most important component of the strain-type displacement sensors with a high accuracy and a high resolution. The factors such as the choice of the strain gauge influence the performance of sensors directly. In order to investigate the influence of the kind of the strain gauge on the sensors, two kinds of strain gauge were chosen. Experimental studies were made with different kinds of cantilevers as the transform component. The analysis of a series of data shows that choosing semiconductor strain gauge can reduce the repetition error and the hysteresis error in the laboratory circumstance. A better result may happen with the help of cantilever of definite structure.
