摘　　要：目的制定入出境人员口服 rBS/WC 霍乱菌苗的接种程序,以保障相应的国际旅行者的旅行健康和出行方便。方法详细分析和探讨了国际旅行卫生保健机构开展霍乱免疫接种的必要性和可行性。结果霍乱作为国际检疫传染病之一,目前流行状况仍很严峻;世界上仍有部分国家对国际旅行者有提供霍乱接种证书的要求。因而国际旅行卫生保健机构有必要开展霍乱免疫接种工作。有一种商品名为可唯适^(TM)的 rBS/WC 霍乱菌苗已在中国上市,它有较理想的免疫原性和安全性。本文详细介绍了广东国际旅行卫生保健中心制定的入出境人员口服 rBS/WC 霍乱菌苗的接种程序。结论广东国际旅行卫生保健中心制定的入出境人员口服 rBS/WC 霍乱菌苗的接种程序在疫苗的使用和接种证书的签发上有6大优点,具备了较强的科学性、规范性和应用性。适宜在检验检疫系统内推广使用。Object Lay down vaccination procedure of Oral cholera rBS/WC vaccine for entry-exit passengers to guarantee heath and convenience of relevant international travelers. Method Analyses the necessity and feasibility of carrying out cholera vaccination in International Travel Healthcare Center. Result Cholera is one of the international quarantine infection diseases and its prevalence situation is serious.There still are some countries where intemational travelers are required to show the vaccination cer- tificate of cholera,so it is necessary to carry out vaccination against cholera in International Travel Healthcare Center.An oral vaccine against cholera named OraVacs^(TM) is available now in China and it has the ideal effect and safety.This article introduces in detail the vaccination procedure of oral cholera rBS/WC vaccine for entry-exit passengers laid down by Guangdong International Henitheare Center. Comclesion There are 6 advantages of the vaccination procedure of oral cholera rBS/WC vaccine laid down by Guangdeng International Henlthcare Center in usage of the vaccine and issue of the vaccination cer- tificate.And it is a scientific,standardized and feasible vaccination procedure to be disseminated in CIQ.
