摘　　要：从江岜沙苗族由于历史和自然条件等因素的影响,至今保持着浓郁的民族文化。本文描述了岜沙苗族的食物、建筑、民间工艺等生活习俗。The Mios in Bash,Congjiang County,still keeps their rich ethnic culture due to the factors of historical and natural conditions,This article describes food,building and folk handicratf etc.of the Miaos in Basha.
