联合左氧氟沙星治疗复治菌阳肺结核的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察左氧氟沙星联合抗结核药治疗复治菌阳肺结核病人的临床疗效。方法选取79例复治菌阳肺结核病人随机分为两组,治疗组41例,观察组38例,化疗方案分别采取2HEL2TH+V/6HL2TH+V和2HEL2TH/6HL2TH。结果治疗组在痰菌阴转及病灶吸收方面均优于对照组(P)<0.05。结论左氧氟沙星联合抗结核药治疗复治菌阳肺结核疗效确切,值得推行。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of levofloxacim combine with anti-tuberculosis drugs on patients with re-treatment of the sputum positive tuberculosis.Methods A total of 79 cases chosen in a randomized way were divided into the study group (n=41) and the control group (n=38). The treatment measures were 2HEL2TH+V/6HL2TH+V and 2HEL2TH/6HL2TH for the study and control groups, respectively. Results The negative conversion rate and focus absorptivity in study group were better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effects of levofloxacim combine with anti-tuberculosis drugs is perfect for the re-treatment of sputum positive tuberculosis. It is valuable in clinical application.
