摘 要: 提出了用于支持群体研讨的信息组织模型,其目的是在以计算机为媒介的群体研讨中,使人们通过结构化的发言来提出方案并对其进行辩论,从而提高群体研讨效率和有效性,同时提供群体记忆的功能.作者认为,在任务导向的群体研讨中,每一条发言都具有一定的目的和指向性,而发言之间存在着各种性质的关系.因此,在这个群体研讨信息组织模型中,发言按其目的被分为主意、论证、疑问和资料等4类,不同的发言通过相关、支持、反对、补充和质疑等5种语义关系按其指向联系起来,这样研讨中的发言就被组织成一个动态的树结构.这个模型在作者开发的一个综合集成研讨厅的原型系统中已得到应用,实践表明它是可行的.An information-structuring model to support group argumentation is presented in this paper. The purpose is to improve efficiency and effectiveness of group argumentation using structured comments to propose and debate on alternatives, and to provide group memory in the computer-mediated group argumentation. We believe that in the task-oriented group argumentation, the comment has the specific purpose and orientation, and different relationships exist among the comments. Based on above concept, in this group argumentation information-structuring model, the comments are classified into 4 categories, including Idea, Argument, Question, Message, according to its purpose, and the semantic relationships among them are classified into 5 types, which are Related, Argues for, Argues Against, Queries, Informs. The comments are connected according to their orientation through one type of semantic relationships. A dynamic tree structure which including all comments is constructed by this way. This model is applied in a prototype of Hall for Workshop of Metasynthetic Engineering developed by the authors and is approved to be feasible in practice.
