摘  要:以高羊茅Festucaarundinacea成熟种子为外植体,采用均匀设计研究了不同生长调节剂、基因型和培养基对愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:2,4D对高羊茅成熟种子萌芽及愈伤组织诱导的影响极大;基因型对愈伤组织诱导有一定影响;培养基对愈伤组织诱导无任何影响;愈伤组织在不添加任何生长调节剂的培养基上即可进行分化。高羊茅最佳愈伤组织诱导培养基组合为N6+18mg/L2,4D,外植体为“王朝”成熟种子的愈伤组织诱导率可达95.6%,且植株分化率达100%。The effect of different growth regulators, different genotypes and different media on seed sprout and callus induction were studied with the uniform design model, and the mature seeds of tall fescue ( Festuca arundinacea ) were used as explants The results indicated that 2,4 D had significant effect on seed derived callus induction of tall fescue, the genotype had some effect on callus induction, however, no effect of medium upon callus induction, and the seed derived callus could differentiate immediately on medium without growth regulator The optimum medium supplemented with growth regulators for callus induction of tall fescue was 6 N+18 mg/L 2,4 D, and the callus induction frequency for the explants of mature seeds of “Dynasty” of tall fescue was up to 95 6%, and the plant differentiation rate reached 100%.
