摘 要:科学调度运用行蓄洪区是目前减轻淮河中游洪灾损失的有效途径之一,建立洪水模型模拟洪水演进能为调度提供决策支持。为此,本文针对淮河中游行蓄洪区构成的复杂河网水系.采用水动力学方法,建立了具有行蓄洪区的河网模型。模型对行蓄洪区进行适当的概化,采用窄缝法和冻结法相结合模拟干河床洪水演进问题,并采用汊点分组解法求解。应用该模型.模拟淮河中游王家坝至蚌埠段91年洪水演进情况,结果表明模型能较好的模拟具有行蓄洪区河网的洪水演进,信息量大,计算精度高,能满足洪水调度的需要。To regulate the flood storage and relief scientifically is one of the efficient measures to reduce the flood damage, and the flood model can serve to make the flood prevention decision. In this paper, considering the characteristics of mid die reach of HuaiHe River, and using the hydroelynamic method, a numerical model in river network with flood storage and relief is established. In the model, the flood in the flood storage and relief is generalized, and the slot method and the freezing method are combined to simulate flood routing on dry land. The model is applied to simulate flood in the reach between Wangjiaba station and Bengbu station, and the simulation result of 1991 s flood in HuaiHe river shows that the model can simu late the flood with high accuracy and it can meet the requirement of flood regulation.
