摘  要:目的:研究黄芪注射液对中枢、神经-肌接头和骨骼肌疲劳的影响。方法:记录蟾蜍坐骨神经干动作电位和腓肠肌收缩曲线,测定中枢、神经-肌接头和骨骼肌出现疲劳的时间。结果:①0.8g/kg和1.2g/kg剂量的黄芪注射液能显著延缓中枢、神经—肌接头和骨骼肌的疲劳,增强骨骼肌的耐力;②)1.6g/kg及以上较大剂量的黄芪注射液则有加速上述部位疲劳和降低肌耐力的作用。结论:一定浓度的黄芪注射液有明显的抗中枢、神经-肌接头和骨骼肌疲劳的作用,但大剂量的黄芪注射液则加速上述部位的疲劳。Objective: To investigate the effect of astragalus membranaceus injection on fatigue in low nerve centre, neuromuscular junction and muscle of hoptoads. Methods: By recording the action potential of sciatic trunk and contraction curve of gastrocnemius muscle of hoptoad, and measuring the time of fatigue in low nerve centre, neuromuscular junction and muscle. Results: ①The doses of 0.8g/kg and 1.2g/kg astragalus membranaceus injection could delay the time of fatigue in low nerve centre, neuromuscular junction and muscle. ②The dose of 1.6g/kg and larger doses could accelerate the fatigue. Conclusion: The astragalus membranaceus injection could apparently resist fatigue in nerve centre, neuromuscular junction and muscle, but different doses have different effects, for example, too large a dose may accelerate the fatigue.
